Born and lived in Milan, Italy for 19 years, upon graduating from high school and working in the industry for one year, Francesco decided to move to the US in order to study Computer Animation at Ringling College of Art and Design.

In the summer of 2009 he had the honor of interning in Pixar Animation Studios as Lighting TD.

Over the last year he has been collaborating with Brendan Carroll on their film called "The Monk & The Monkey"
